Get FREE shipping on USA purchases of $99 or more!

We ship via the US Postal Service for all packages both within the US and to overseas locations. At this time, we do not have a UPS account and cannot ship UPS. We can ship FedEx by special request, but in all cases, there will be an additional charge.
The vast majority of FaeriesDance.com orders are shipped within 1 business day of placement, and we ship most Saturday mornings as well. Delivery times listed in the charts below are estimated total time to your door including packing and shipping.

Shipping to the UK and EU countries

Due to recent changes to VAT collection, we are no longer shipping to the UK or any EU countries. Our company does not have enough UK and EU sales to justify the fee for maintaining VAT accounts and the ongoing accounting expenses required to submit monthly VAT reports. We have therefore decided to forego shipments to the UK and all EU countries. At this time we are only shipping to the USA, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and most independent Caribbean nations.

We reserve the right to change shipping prices and policies at any time in the future to better serve our customers and more accurately reflect actual shipping costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

FaeriesDance.com is committed to ensuring that all of our customers are delighted with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your selection, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date with the following provisions:

  • All returned or exchanged products must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags intact, and arrive in resalable condition.
  • For hygienic reasons, women's panties, men's and children's underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse. However, we will ship exchanges back to you at our cost.

Defective Merchandise

FaeriesDance.com is happy to replace merchandise that is not up to normal quality standards, such as torn or stained products, but your request must come within 60 days of the original order date. Please do not wait 6 months to wear or wash your items as all defect claims have the same 60 day limit as returns and exchanges.

Sales Tax

Oregon collects no state sales tax. Since our warehouse and offices resides exclusively in Oregon, we are not required to collect sales tax on any purchases at this time.

Ordering at the FaeriesDance.com is safe, secure and easy. There are 3 ways to order.

  1. Online: Use our secure shopping cart to order online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal.

    We use industry standard SSL encryption, so your personal information is safe and we never store credit card information in our database. (See our Security Policy for more information.)

For online orders, simply choose the size, color and quantity of each item you would like to purchase, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You can reach your shopping cart from any page on this site by clicking on the purple bag at the top right. Once an item is added to the shopping cart, you will have the option of checking out to complete your purchase or going back to the catalog to continue shopping.
