This delightful skirt will have you dreaming of sailboats and ocean breezes. Two snap front closure with zipper, wide belt loops and single front pocket with snap close. This low-rise skirt sits on the hips and measures 16" from waistband to hemline. Mid-weight fabric is fleeced inside for comfort next to your skin. Note in the final design, Indigenous removed the side drawstrings shown in the photo. The decorative side stitching is still there, but without the hanging strings.
