You do fall out, for two reasons.
1st, the lace isn't strong enough and loses elasticity in a very short period of time. The lace should be backed by some good clear stretch elastic in the seam for this application.
2nd, the neckline is too wide at the cups. You are wearing a slight cowl neck at your bra. Of course you are going to fall out with that combination of too much stretch and too much fabric.
Cute and comfy, but Blue Canoe needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.
