How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can
pay for them using any standard payment method.
Once purchased, the value of the Gift Certificate will be added directly into your own personal
Gift Account, which can be used by you or emailed to someone else along with a gift note. If you have funds in your Gift Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box on the left side of any page.

How do I send a Gift Certificate to someone else?
To send a Gift Certificate that you have purchased, first verify that the amount is now available in your Gift Account by checking your Shopping Cart box on any page, or finding your balance in My Account. Once your purchase has been added to your account, go to our Send Gift Certificate page to send it directly to your recipient via e-mail.

| If you want to send a paper Gift Certificate, you will have to call us before ordering at 310-530-0377. Otherwise, the amount is credit into your Gift Account immediately upon check out so you can email it to your recipient.

Someone sent me a Gift Certificate, how do I use it?
If you receive a Gift Certificate (either by email or a paper certificate by mail) it will contain details of who sent it and how much it is worth. It will also contain the Gift Certificate Number. Please save your this number for future reference. You can now redeem your Gift Certificate in two ways.
- By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose.
This will take you to our Redeem Gift Certificate page. If you don't already have one, you will be requested to create a login so we know who to give the credit to. Once you're logged in, the Gift Certificate can be validated and placed in your Gift Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
- During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method
there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the Gift Certificate Number here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Account. You can then use the amount to purchase the items in your cart or any other item in our store.

I have funds in my Gift Account, how do I use them to buy products?
If you have funds in your Gift Account, you can use those funds to
purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra payment box will
appear. Clicking this box will apply the funds in your Gift Account to the purchase you are making.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there
is not enough in your Gift Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your Gift Account than the total cost of
your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Account for the
future.
