FaeriesDance.com will refund standard shipping charges on your original purchase, or send out exchanges at our expense. However the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to our warehouse. (Note, if you've paid for Overnight or International shipping, refunds will not include original shipping charges. However exchanges will still be sent out at our expense via standard shipping.)
Winter Holiday Extensions:
We know many people want to order winter holiday gifts early. To accommodate that, all items purchased between October 1 - December 15 will be returnable for a refund or an exchange until January 15 of the following year.
Requests for Partial Refunds:
We strive to keep our prices low (always at least 10% below suggested retail) in order to make organic and environmentally conscious clothing available to as many people as possible. Because of this, we cannot offer free shipping on small orders. If your original order exceeds $99 it will be shipped to you free of charge. However if you choose to return part of the order for a refund AND this brings your total below $99, a standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount. This is not an extra charge! It simply works out that your final payment is exactly the same as if you had not ordered the retuned items on your original purchase.
